Youth Crawfish Eating Contest sponsored by Pepsi

* $5.00 Fee
* 6:30pm Friday, May 27
* Must be between 13 – 20 years of age
* Contestants sign up with Special Event Chairman at the stage one hour prior to event – no sooner
* No early entries will be accepted
* Entrant must completely finish a 5lb tray of crawfish
* 1st entrant to do so deemed winner
* Judges will ensure that all crawfish meat is eaten prior to calling winner
* Three placements awarded – 1st, 2nd & 3rd
* Time limit of 30 minutes will be given for event.
* If no one has won – upon time limit:
o Person who has eaten the most crawfish deemed winner
o 2nd and 3rd place decided from most eaten compared to 1st place

Men’s Crawfish Eating Contest sponsored by Miller Lite

* $15.00 fee
* 1pm – Saturday, May 28
* Contestants sign up with Special Event Chairman at the stage one hour prior to event – No Sooner
* 15 person maximum (21 and older only)
* Must eat all the meat inside crawfish tail
* Person who eats the most in 15 min time frame deemed winner
* Each Tray for contestants – 15 lbs each
* Entrant who eats the most crawfish in 15 minutes deemed winner
* Judges will ensure that all crawfish meat is eaten prior to calling winner
* Uneaten crawfish will be put back in contestant’s tray
* Each pan of crawfish will have 15 lbs. crawfish
* Three winners: 1st, 2nd, 3rd place
* Each contestant will have a judge overseeing their trays
* Special Events Coordinator will deem winner if any discrepancies
* Ties will result in competitors eating for another 5 minutes and whoever eats the most deemed winner

Crawfish Calling Contest sponsored by AEP/SWEPCO and Mix 97.3

* No Fee
* 5pm Saturday, May 28
* No age limit
* One winner
* Sign up with Special Events Chairman at stage one hour prior to event
* Maximum 20 participants
* Audience determines winner

Women’s Crawfish Eating Contest sponsored by Bud Light, 98 Rocks, OLDIES 95.7, KYLA

* $5 entry fee
* 1:30pm – Sunday, May 29
* Contestants sign up with Special Event Chairman at stage one hour prior to event
* 15 person maximum
* Must eat all the meat inside crawfish tail
* Person who eats the most in 15 minutes deemed winner
* Mudbug Committee to verify
* 15 minute time limit

Children’s Crawfish Eating Contest sponsored by AEP/SWEPCO 98 ROCKS, OLDIES 95.7, KYLA

* $3 entry fee
* 2pm – Sunday, May 29
* Age Limit – 5-12
* Contestants sign up with Special Event Chairman at stage one hour prior to event
* 15 person maximum
* Must eat all the meat inside crawfish tail
* First person to finish tray of crawfish deemed winner
* Mudbug Committee to verify
